When you receive your September bill you will receive information regarding how to sign up.
Our current My Water Usage customer portal will be retired because it is no longer supported by the technology vendor.
We are launching a brand-new customer portal called WaterSmart.
Because we are moving to an entirely new platform, your old login credentials will not transfer over. Even if you already have an active account for our old portal, all users must complete a quick one-time registration to access the new portal.

Seal Rock Water District has partnered with WaterSmart Software to offer our customers a modern digital portal where you can access detailed information about your household or business water use. WaterSmart’s online customer portal allows you to:
- Set Up Alerts For Possible Leaks or Unusual Usage: Get text or email alerts if your water use suddenly spikes or if there’s constant consumption – a slower ongoing leak.
- Get Step-by-step Actions On Ways To Save: Follow simple, visual instructions to detect running toilets, fix hidden leaks, and install low-cost aerators to stop wasting thousands of gallons annually.
- Track Your Water Use and Conservation Efforts: See if your efforts to save water are working. Compare this year’s usage with last year’s to see the impact of changes like new habits or energy-efficient appliances.
